From the App
- Open Estimulación Temprana and sign in.
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and data are deleted instantly.
By email
If you no longer have the App installed, write to estimulaciontemprana.app@gmail.com from the email you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 10 business days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account: email, name, profile picture and password.
- The baby's data: name and date of birth.
- All activity progress.
- The subscription status stored on our servers.
What is kept
- An irreversible code derived from your email (not the email itself), only so the free trial cannot be repeated.
- The purchase records kept by Google Play and RevenueCat according to their policies and tax obligations.
Important: your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. To stop paying, cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
