By using the Estimulación Temprana application (the "App") you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What the App offers
A guide of early stimulation activities organized by the baby's year, month and day of life, with the option to mark the ones you complete and see your progress.
2. It does not replace professional advice
The content is informational and for guidance only. It is not medical advice and does not replace the assessment of pediatricians, therapists or other health professionals. Every baby develops at their own pace: if you have any doubts or concerns, consult a professional.
All activities must be carried out under constant adult supervision. Make sure the materials are safe and suitable for the baby's age (for example, that they are not small objects that could be swallowed).
3. Account
You must be of legal age to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the information you enter. You can delete your account at any time from the App.
4. Free trial and subscription
- When you create your account you get a 7-day free trial with full access, with no card required. The free trial is granted only once per person.
- When the trial ends, the App remains available with one free activity: the first one for the current day, for your baby's current age. To access all activities you can subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it beforehand.
- You can cancel anytime from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
- Refunds are governed by Google Play's policies, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by consumer protection laws.
- Prices are shown in the App before purchase. If they change, Google Play will notify you in advance.
5. Permitted use
The App and its content are for personal and family use. Copying, distributing or selling the content, or trying to access other users' data or compromise the security of the service, is not allowed.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the App running at all times, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We may update the content and features, and modify these terms; we will publish changes on this page.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from carrying out the activities without proper supervision or against the instructions of a health professional.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
